Well, now that we have learned how to make farm cheese we are going to graduate up to making mozzarella cheese from fresh cows milk.. YUMMM!!! Sandy will be our teacher for this class and cheese samples will be served along with other snacks. The cost is $20.00 per person at Far Away Farms, 9195 E Far Away Place, Prescott Valley, AZ 86315, at 6:00 pm please let me know if you plan on attending so I can get a head count.
